The company has two factories (weaving factory and printing factory), with a total floor area of 15,000 square meters. We can offer standard products as well as OEM/ODM customized services to meet the diverse needs of global customers.

In recent years, the company has introduced and updated several sets of advanced production equipment, including looms for weaving, knitting machines, weaving machines and packaging lines. Currently, the daily output is 200,000 meters. We continuously enhance production stability and delivery control through automation and information management.

We will adjust the elasticity coefficient, thickness, texture and surface treatment according to the customer's product application (such as waist support, knee support, compression sleeves, etc.), so that the webbing can be both supportive and comfortable.

    Selected high-quality raw materials, such as nylon, polyester fiber, and spandex, are adjusted in their proportions and elasticity according to the different purposes of the protective gear.

    Arrange the multiple strands of yarn according to the requirements of the webbing structure and feed them onto the machine, maintaining uniform tension and avoiding broken yarns.

    The weaving process can be carried out using a knitting machine or a loom. Depending on the product's purpose (such as knee pads, waist protectors, wrist guards, etc.), different structures can be selected, such as plain weave, jacquard weave, or double-layer elastic structure.

    The fabric is dyed using eco-friendly dyes and its size and elasticity are fixed in a high-temperature setting machine. The color remains stable, does not fade, and does not deform.

    According to customer requirements, additional processing techniques such as anti-slip coating, softening treatment, printing or heat transfer of LOGO can be carried out.

    Conduct a comprehensive inspection or sampling test on properties such as elasticity, tensile strength, color fastness, and appearance dimensions.
